My progress is gone

Check that iCloud is enabled for CHOMP under iOS Settings › your name › iCloud › Apps using iCloud. If it was on, the save usually returns once the device syncs — give it a minute on Wi-Fi and restart the game. If it does not come back, write to us with your Game Center alias and we will look at what the leaderboards still know.

I paid and did not get it

Open the shop and use Restore Purchases. That re-asks the App Store for everything on your Apple Account and unlocks it again; it is free and you can run it as often as you like. If a purchase was charged but never arrived, send us the receipt email from Apple and we will sort it out.

Refunds are handled by Apple, not by us — reportaproblem.apple.com.

The rewarded ad did not pay out

The reward is granted when the ad finishes. Closing it early, or losing connection partway through, means AdMob never reports a completed view. If an ad played all the way to the end and you still got nothing, tell us which reward it was — revive, double coins, daily gift or chest — and roughly when.

My score is not on the leaderboard

Scores need Game Center signed in and a working connection. Runs played offline are submitted the next time the game reaches Apple's servers, so it is worth opening the game once while online. Weekly boards reset every Monday at 00:00 UTC.

Delete my data

Open the game's settings and use Reset everything. That is the real erase button: it clears the save on this device and the copy in your iCloud account, so it is gone on every device signed in to that Apple Account. It cannot be undone, and currency you paid real money for does not come back.

Deleting the app is not the same thing. It removes the local save, but the iCloud copy survives and comes back the moment you reinstall — that is how your progress follows you to a new phone. Reset first, then delete, if you want it all gone.

Game Center scores live on Apple's servers and are not touched by the reset. Tell us your Game Center alias and which leaderboard, and we will remove the entry or block the alias from submitting again.
